Share any buried-service drawings and describe hard surfaces, narrow passages or restricted machinery access. Do not excavate to prepare for the visit.

Soil, pipe depth and other services affect detection and access. Landscaping, paving and other surface reinstatement are excluded.
The residential package is £1,500 including applicable tax, with a £100 deposit deducted and £1,400 remaining.
When access and repair are agreed
Necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials and suitable testing are included within the residential scope. The report records the work, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
