What sits outside the package
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
Plastering, painting, finished flooring, paving and landscaping are examples of excluded reinstatement. Unrelated appliance faults, whole-system replacement and work beyond the agreed plumbing scope require separate consideration.
Agree the work before it starts
Confirm the property, system boundary, access and reported problem before instruction. Any proposed change to the scope should be explained and agreed. Do not assume a residential price applies to an entire communal or commercial installation.
The practical questions
How does the deposit work?
Prepare your enquiry with the postcode and symptoms, then open WhatsApp and tap Send. We discuss the scope, access and availability before confirming an appointment. No booking or payment is created by preparing a message.
What if the agreed work takes longer?
There is no hourly surcharge solely because the agreed residential work takes longer. Changes outside the agreed scope need to be discussed separately.
Will you restore the floor, wall or driveway?
The necessary access for the agreed plumbing repair is included. Decorative and remedial reinstatement, such as flooring, plaster, paint, paving and landscaping, are excluded.
Will my insurer reimburse the cost?
That decision belongs to your insurer and depends on your policy and circumstances. Check its requirements before instructing work. An included Trace & Access report does not guarantee cover or reimbursement.
