Price and scope

The £1,500 residential package includes applicable tax. The £100 deposit leaves £1,400 remaining. Investigation, necessary access, the agreed repair, materials, testing and report are included, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.

Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.

Keep a usable record

Retain the findings, agreed scope and completion report with the property records. The report explains the plumbing investigation; it does not decide ownership, liability or insurance cover.
