A useful investigation starts here
Before treating movement as a leak, we consider the outlets, appliances and properties served. Suitable checks can help distinguish normal demand from a suspected loss requiring further tracing.
Leak Aware starts with the reported signs and the available access. We explain which checks suit the installation and what the findings justify before the repair scope is agreed.
What to have ready
Gather dated readings or supplier letters. Mention stored-water systems and any other buildings connected to the meter.
A method that may contribute
Ask a smaller, more useful question.
Pressure testingThe scope, clearly stated
A meter reading alone cannot establish a leak location or repair responsibility. Supplier-owned equipment requires the supplier’s involvement.
The residential package is £1,500 including applicable tax, with a £100 deposit deducted and £1,400 remaining.
When access and repair are agreed
Necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials and suitable testing are included within the residential scope. The report records the work, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
