The order and duration of use can be useful evidence. Where appropriate, we assess supply fittings, waste arrangements and the surrounding enclosure separately to identify which conditions reproduce the problem.
Leak Aware starts with the reported signs and the available access. We explain which checks suit the installation and what the findings justify before the repair scope is agreed.

Dye testingThe scope, clearly stated
Applying sealant without establishing the cause can leave the fault unresolved. Retiling, enclosure replacement and waterproofing are excluded.
The residential package is £1,500 including applicable tax, with a £100 deposit deducted and £1,400 remaining.
When access and repair are agreed
Necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials and suitable testing are included within the residential scope. The report records the work, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
