Commercial work is quoted separately. The residential package is not a price for a whole commercial or multi-building system.
This work needs a separately agreed quotation.
When access and repair are agreed
Necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials and suitable testing are included within the residential scope. The report records the work, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
