The residential package includes investigation, specialist detection and tracing, necessary access or excavation, the agreed plumbing repair, relevant parts and materials, suitable testing and a report.
Put it into practice
The £100 deposit is deducted from the total, leaving £1,400. Applicable tax is included. Agreed residential work does not incur an hourly surcharge solely because it takes longer.
Keep the limits in view
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial premises and wider shared systems need a separate quotation. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment or take payment.
